It has a fully-equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, 3 overlooking terraces with a breathless view to the river and the sea. Good accesses, solar exposure, BBQ, swimming-pool and bikes. Perfect for all seasons. Enjoy the sun in one of the beaches around or by the condo swimming-pool. You can cook some tasty meals in the barbecue or taste fresh fish in some of the fine restaurants in the area. Bike rides (bicycles in the garage) by the seaside or the protected area near the river are recommended. Booking Procedure

To make your reservation or any other aditional information please send a booking enquiry message and we will reply as soon as possible. RENT CONDITIONS, GENERAL CONDITIONS Linen are all included in the price. You just have to bring along your good mood! The apartment has got the capacity for 4 people Max. But, if there is a group with more than 4 (Only in exceptional cases) you will have to pay 50 euros /week, for each extra person. The time of arrival should be after midday (03h p.m.) and the time of departure should be before midday (11h a.m.) of the last day. This time is required to clean the flat. PRICE: 300/400 Euro per week. You can confirm/book the apartment with 30% right away, by bank transfer. The remaining 70% should be paid on your arrival. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200 euros is required on arrival and returned after inspection on departure. If you have any further doubts or wish us to explain some other details, please keep in touch at any time. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE: Any cancellations must be received in writing by sending us a reply e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line

The area offers plenty to do. If you prefer sports, there are lots of water sports, fishing in the river and sea is popular, golf (only 3 Km), horse riding (also 3 Km). There are also fine restaurants where to taste traditional or international dishes. Fresh fish or seafood is very appreciated.
Bars, cafés and discos are all very near (from 50 metres to 2 Km). The Casino of Póvoa do Varzim is only 10 Km away.

Location

Esposende is on the north west coast of Portugal (Costa Verde).The apartment is on 3rd floor of a condo with swimming-pool and garage, located near the city centre which is just a 5 min. walk, facing the river and the sea with wonderful sunsets.
There is a good selection of Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area.

How to get there

Easy access from the highway (A28) and near Oporto airport(43 Km); 30 Km from Viana do Castelo and 40 Km from Braga. Barcelos and Póvoa do Varzim are 10 Km away.
Car rental is advisable but the apartment includes bicycles. Esposende is a very flat, calm and beautiful place to bike through and is a protected area with many bird species to watch.

Beaches

PRAIA SUAVE MAR-ESPOSENDE: This beautiful beach with cloth huts is situated in a protected landscape area, inhabited by several rare fauna and flora species. It is one of the most famous beaches in the region. But the area is full of other beautiful beaches: Ofir, Cepães, Apúlia, ...Many water sports: surf, kitesurf, jetski, ... in the river as well as in the sea.

Golf

QUINTA DA BARCA COURSE - DESCRIPTION
Located at Esposende which is between Porto and Viana do Castelo, this 9-hole course is supported by an Aparthotel and a Boat Marina. There are sufficient water hazards together with well placed bunkers to improve the strategy of most players. The course is also very suitable for the learner golfer to find his own stroke and feel for the game. The holes are laid out over undulating land and with decorated with many trees leaving an attractive view across the River Cávado.
