Literally 5 minutes walk to Newark Bay, which is reputed to have one of the best sandy beaches in Orkney. The house house has everything you need for a perfect holiday, including: Linen & bedding, a fully equipped Kitchen, Central Heating, Comfortable, modern furniture & beds. The cottage contains:
A fully equipped Kitchen with Fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, gas cooker and all cutlery and cooking utensils.
Central Heating, Comfortable, modern furniture & beds. TV, Radio, CD/DVD, an open fire, plus an enclosed garden, paddock and garage.
The bathroom includes a WC, wash-hand basin, bath with an electric shower over.
The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with 2 x 2 seater sofas (one is a sofa bed), an arm chair, window seat, TV and TV unit.
There are soperb views over open countryside from the two windows, plus a lovely cast iron wood/coal burner. A very comfortable and cosy room!
Bedroom 1 is a good sized double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobe.

Flights are available from Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow to Kirkwall Airport, with a driving time of around 30 minutes to reach the cottage.

Hi, just a quick note to say that we had a fantastic time at Quoyeden (again). Our second visit was even better than our first.The house was once again very clean, warm and cosy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space and just a stones throw from the beach. We all feel totally refreshed and recharged from our Orkney experience. Anyone thinking of coming to the Orkney Islands STAY HERE!. Mr & Mrs W MacKendrick, Lothian
