Location

Archway Cottage is situated by Loch Tay, near the village of Kenmore and nearby Aberfeldy which are in the heart of magnificent Highland, Perthshire.
A good local taxi firm in Aberfeldy is provided by David McDougall of Aberfeldy Taxis, 01887 820 370. Taxis are widely available at Pitlochry railway station or Tel: Elizabeth Yule - 01796 472 290.

How to get there

Getting to Kenmore is easy, being the “Heart of Scotland” and it is close to the well known towns of Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. Pitlochry has a good bus service and railway station with regular bus/train connections to Aberfeldy as well as to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness – with frequent daily services from Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports (1 hours 45 minutes) to all London airports.

Kenmore Golf Course: Established in 1992 at Mains of Taymouth, is our testing 9-hole golf course, ‘Perthshire’s Finest 9 Holes’ is set amidst amazing scenery on the Mains of Taymouth Estate. The quality, mildly undulating layout provides an excellent venue. Reduced green fees for our guests.

Horse Riding
