We do not accept pets and smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. The cottage is on a working farm we have highland cattle and sheep, the cottage is in a rural
location and to get around you would require a car. The nearest local shop is in the village of Gartmore which is about 1 mile away. The supermarket along with other local
grocery shops and restuarants can be found in the village of Aberfoyle which is about 3 miles away. The cottage is in a lovely location with veiws of the Campsie fells to the
south and Ben Lomond to the West.

The property has oil fired central heating, we can provide a travel cot and stair gates if required, we can also provide a blow up bed if required. All towels and bed lined are provided the heating and Electricity is all included in
the price.

Bedroom Facilities: The double bedroom is very comfortable with double bed and ample storage space with walk in mirror robes. The double bedroom in on the ground floor and has a south facing window that looks onto open fields. The room in central heated with one radiator below the window.

Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom is on the first floor adjacent to the upstairs twin bedroom. It is a large bathroom with walk in power shower, it has a n extra large bath and wc. The room is central heated by one radiator below the window.

Reception Rooms: The lounge is very comfortable with twin sofas, sky TV, DVD player, CD player and we also have internet access (wired). The room is centrally heated there is also a wood burning stove, we provide wood and peat free of charge. The dining room has a solid pine dining table and chairs that would seat six people. There is a sideboard and ample storage, we also provide books and DVD's and games. The lounge is south facing and looks onto open fields, the dining room looks onto the back garden and adjacent fields. There is a small garden room that looks onto the patio which is accessed via the lounge.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge Freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob. Dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle and microwave.The
kitchen looks onto the back garden and adjacent fields.

Entertainment Facilities: The cottage has sony widescreen tv with sky movie channels and childrens tv programmes. Internet access is wired. There is a sony CD player, DVD player. There is a wide range of books and DVD's as well as board games.

Outdoor: The cottage has a back garden with a patio area with table and chairs and Umbrella. To the front of the cottage there is the BBQ area with a large decked area with table and chairs. The front garden is large with ample space for children to play.

The property is cleaned every week and the towels and bed linen are changed also.
