This gorgeous house makes an ideal location for a relaxing holiday whilst we welcome children and there is an abundance of activities for them in the local community we would ask all parents to be vigilant with this being a waterfront property. Pets by prior arrangement.

Bedroom Facilities: Main bedroom en suite with spacious dressing area leading through to large living space with sofa's access onto upper balcony which runs the length of the property. All other bedrooms are spacious and recently refurbished with lovely linen, all bedrooms have easy access to the bathrooms.

Bathroom Facilities: The main en-suite has its own bathroom with large shower corner bath and wc, there are a further two full bathrooms and a shower room with wc. All bedrooms have easy access to the bathrooms which are spread over two floors

Reception Rooms: The living space is open plan with the kitchen/diner which seats 8 this then leads into the living room, there is a cushioned seated play area just off the living room leading through to the bar area. In turn this leads out onto the decking which backs onto the marina/lake. The decking has seating for 10.

Kitchen: The kitchen units are fitted with ample storage, an island in the centre of the kitchen provides the cooker and extra work space. There is also a kitchenette in the extension which has two bedrooms leading off it and access to a bathroom.

Outdoor: Plenty of decking and patio areas to wnjoy the sun with a pool table and darts board. Canoe provided to enjoy the gorgeous lake surroundings. Paddling pool and childrens slide available upon request.

Pool: Whilst there is no pool available, the marina is safe to swim in and there is a childrens waterpark within walking distance with freshwater pool, toddler pool, water slide and crazy golf.

The majority of activities can be arranged within a short space of time and are all within a 15 minute drive of the property. Certain activitis such as canoeing, surfing and kids water park are within walking distance of the house. All activities may be subject to local charges, a list of these can be provided upon request.

For the more adventurous, there are opportunities to go cage diving and shark spotting.

Muizenburg beach is within walking distance and offers great surfing whilst the lake location offers, swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Canoeing and other non motorised water sports.

'The Place' is located on the Zandvlei Lake providing a secure peacefull environment with breathtaking scenery. The Zandvlei has been reffered to as a 'mini Venice' where it is not uncommon for the local residents to call in on each other by canoe. It is conveniently located a short drive from Kalk Bay where you can sample fine resteraunts, trawl the local antique shops or buy fresh fish at the harbour and for the more adventurous go cage diving and shark spotting. Boulders beach is also only a short drive away where you can go whale and penguin watching. Cape Point is approximatley 25 minutes drive from the property where you can go and visit the local baboon colony. Table Mountain, Cape Town and the Waterfront are all within a 20 minute drive and offer great shopping and a mulititude of tourist attractions.
