Description of Holiday Cave House
Our Andalucian horses are suitable for intermediate to experienced riders only, with lively and exciting rides. They are all young horses ranging from 4 years old to one older lady of 12 years who used to be a dancing horse and she still likes to show off when out riding. The terrain ranges from desert like conditions to mountain tracks and pine forest trails around the valley rim whilst the valley floor is dominated by Rio Castril, where you and the horses can rest and take on food and water. Each of our horse riding holidays is for up to 6 riders and is tailor made to your requirements and abilities. For the very experienced rider we can take you on treks across some wild country side with stunning views, river crossings, pine forests and challenging landscape. These treks are not for the feint hearted. To get the most out of this holiday you must be able to walk, trot and canter with confidence. Our Andalucian horses are not ‘follow the leader' type.
There is 1 hectare of land, housing 12 horses, wih cave stables. Fully fenced and secure. Outstanding views across the valley to the mountains from the terraces.

Castril Valley Riding Holidays, provide Horse riding holidays in rural Andalucia in Spain, for experienced riders only. Our 2008 price is only £350 per person per week, inclusive of riding & self catering accommodation. Prices for same in 2009 will be £450.

Horse Riding Holidays
Set in 1 hectare of fenced land, the property accommodates 10 horses currently. They are housed in huge cave stables which have been dug out for that purpose. The pool is family sized, and for the sole use of guests with a large walled terraced area for sunbathing. Loungers and parasols are provided. There is a terraced area directly outside of the cave house with BBQ. Outdoor table and chairs and parasols for 6 people.

Castril is approx 16km away and has everything needed for your holiday. There is a medical centre, pharmacy, banks with cash point machines, bakeries, small supermarkets and a market on a Friday each week.
