This beautiful holiday home in Spain benefits from having 3 bedrooms, and a large open terrace from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Alpujarra mountains all around. Set in a traditional Andalucian village, holidaymakers will find there are facilities to shop locally and in neighbouring towns. The Alpujarras is an ideal location for walkers and hikers and for those who are seeking a peacefull and relaxing time to enjoy Spain, but where its just far enough away from the busy and crowded holiday resorts. The Lounge has sofa bed, table and 6 chairs. A satellite TV with English channels is provided, plus a radio/DVD, and an I-pod player. The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge etc, and plenty of cupboard space. The utility room has a washing machine. Bathroom with bath, shower and WC. | Location |
The house is situated in the quiet and friendly villiage of Yator. The village has one bar, there are no shops but the daily bread van comes round, and grocery and vegetable vans also visit the village. If you need a bigger food shop there is a larger town of Cadiar which is only 5 minutes drive away, there you will find all your shopping needs. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, atm's and chemist. There are several other villages close by, all within 10 - 15 minutes drive. |
| How to get there |
You can fly into Granada or Almeria Airports, it takes about 1-1/2 hours from there to the house.There are also flights into Malaga Airport which is approx 2 hours to reach to the house. |
| Beaches |
La Rabita is the nearest beach, which is 45 minutes drive from the house. If you fancy driving a bit further, then Salobrena is very nice, roughly 1 hours drive, this is a bigger town. |

Yator village is situated in a beautiful part of Spain and this property has stunning views from the gorgeous sun terrace (perfect for morning coffees and early evening bar-b-queues). The town of Cadiar is just five minutes drive away where you can find a handful of bars, restaurants and supermarkets to stock up on everyday provisions. If you are looking for a holiday that is away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, like walking in the most wonderful scenery of the Alpujarras and mixing with the local people, then this is the place to be! Enjoy.

The property is situated in a typical white washed Spanish village in the mountains offering stunning views. If you want to experience the real Spain this is the perfect place to stay. The house has all amenities including a rooftop terrace looking out over the mountains, & nearby are shops, bars & restaurants. This is an excellent base for a walking holiday to explore the breathtaking scenery
