A beautiful penthouse (90m2 or 965 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter. The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with two sofa-beds and a dining table for eight people. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and another bathroom. The flat was a perfect location. No need for taxis, which was a relief with our limited spanish. We came with our two children, Andrew and Sarah. It was ideal for us, and we had a great time. A special thanks to Dubie for all her advice and help. Not only with the questions while we were in england, but a weather forcaster and she was very useful telling us about places to go with kids. I would recommend the Aquarium to any parents. Thanks

The apartment was located simply in a perfect place in Barcelona, near the metro station.
Everything in the apartment was perfect planned and comfartable.
We had enjoied staing in the apartment and defenetly will come back to it.

We can recommend this apartment to all who wants to stay in the heart of Barcelona. We were 4 people (two couples) and the apartment really gave us the feeling of living in "our own" apartment. Close to everything. We also want to thank Juan for a good reception when we arrived on a sunday :-)
