Description of Holiday Apartment

The White swan is a beautifully restored farmhouse including swimming pool, orchards and beautiful gardens.
The owners of the White Swan Farmhouse are a family who have great interest in the business who live onsite offering invaluable help to their guests.

The farmhouse benefits from two lovely apartments, the larger one on the 1st floor takes up the complete upper floor, also having large undercover terrace and uncovered terrace. The ground floor apartment benefits from being very close to the swimming pool with its own private terrace and is adequate for a family.

This apartment has two bedrooms and can be used as two doubles or a double and a twin room.

The apartment has a lovely kitchen with plenty of work surface. There is a large oven, halogen hob, microwave, toaster, kettle also all the usual utensils you would have in your own home.
The dining room adjoins the kitchen and has a table and chairs with seating for 4 people. There is a lovely large bathroom having bath with shower, bidet, toilet and basin with vanity unit.
Also this apartment has a lounge area with Satalite TV, DVD player and CD player.

Outside the apartment is its own private terrace, just a few steps from the swimming pool.

Beaches / Coast

Our local town of Cubelles a typical Spanish town with 3 km of beautiful beaches, shops, restaraunts and railway station within two miles of the farmhouse. Making trips to Barcelona and anywhere along the coast very easy and cheap, with a return ticket to the tourist attractions in Barcelona for around 5 euros. We are situated 15 minutes from the tourist town Sitges.

Inland from the coast the farming is prominently for fruit and grapes for producing the very famous to this area Cava sparkling wine. Also inland notable places Montserrat and its famous monastery with cable car, phonetic railway and the breathtaking views of Catalunya, and of course the historic monastery itself.

All in all our location is perfect for a sightseeing or beach holiday, as the beaches around us run for miles and miles and are not overcrowded even in those busy summer months.
