This superb villa is very well situated with magnificent views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains and Mojacar village.
Agua Nueva is located just outside the village of Turre, which is only 5 minutes drive from Mojacar, 8 minutes from the fishing town of Garrucha and 10 minutes from the local beaches.
Turre is only a 5-10 minute walk with its many bars, restaurants and shops and there is a family run bakery only 5 minutes walk where you can buy freshly baked bread every morning.
"Su Casa" has recently featured in a local magazine, High Life, and more recently on "Living in the Sun" on BBC1.

VALLE DEL ESTE - 18 holes, 4882 yards, par 73. 15 minutes from "Su Casa". Spectacular layout exploiting the natural beauty and vegetation, this course deservedly receives plaudits from all visitors, high and low handicap alike.
Marina Golf - 18 holes, par 72. 10 minutes from "Su Casa". Split perfectly in half by the Torre, Marina Golf has far reaching views over the sea.
CORTIJO GRANDE - 9 holes. 8 minutes drive from "Su Casa". For something completely different try Cortijo Grande. Set amongst lemon and orange groves with a typical Spanish bar and restaurant, with shaded courtyard close to the 1st tee.

TURRE - Situated only 10 minutes from Mojacar beaches, the small town of Turre has a traditional Spanish feel and a number of excellent restaurants and tapas bars, its a great place to meander. The supermarkets in Turre are good value and there are several newsagent, selling UK papers. The weekly market, on Fridays, is a great place to buy all your fresh fruit and veg and prehaps a bargin or two.
