Description of Holiday Villa

Situated in the peaceful countryside of Vera and yet only 15 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and all 4 golf courses in the area. This Spanish styled detached villa is positioned within a beautiful established garden, is fully fenced and has a private pool with its own shower/toilet and many terraces/patio areas, one with bbq and bread oven looking towards the mountains.
The pool loos across the whole area with the sea in the distance and is not overlooked. There is a bouls area next to the swimming pool patio.
The property sleeps 8 and has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room and 3 further bedrooms with twin beds. Separate bathroom.
The kitchen is of a good size and is fitted with all ammenities and has a separate breakfast room.
There is a large lounge with sky tv, dvd and portable radio/cd/tape player. There is also a separate dining room with vaulted ceiling.
Each room has either air-conditioning or ceiling fan and there is a log fire in the lounge.
The serarium roof terrace is accessable from outside stairs with views of miles all round.

MARINA GOLF - 18 holes, par 72. Split perfectly in two by the Torre, Marina Golf has far reaching views over the sea and has a challenging 18 hole course. 15 minutes from villa Shangri-la.
CORTIJO GRANDE - 9 holes. This a very laid back friendly venue for those who want to play golf on a less competitive layout. Set amongst lemon and orange groves with a typical Spanish bar and restaurant close to the 1st tee. 15 minutes from villa Shangri-la.

Within 5 minutes drive of villa Shangri-la is Vera town, the main town in the area with a typical Spanish feel and boasting an array of shops, bars and restaurants. The large market is a must to visit on a Saturday morning for local produce and prehaps a bargin or two.
