We want you to feel at home & enjoy your stay in our little part of paradise. We have endeavoured to make available most things to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. This charming villa is situated in a quiet area of Moraira. Very spacious & commands spectacular views towards the sea El Portet. 1st Floor: Living room, 2 bed, 2 bath, separate kitchen & dining room which leads onto the cool open 35m2 terrace. The lower level has a separate apartment with a further 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Living room / American style kitchen and SKY TV, it is not let separately. Steps lead down to the pool 8 x 4 & more terracing. The property has central heating throughout. This grand 4 bedroom Villa is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens. Golf Facilities

Golf Information The villa is nearby La sella golf & tennis complex. La Sella boasts an 18 hole Olazabal designed championship course which will challenge golfers of all abilities. A round will cost approximately 60 euros (subject to local variation). Tee off times can be booked on 0034 96 645 4252 or e-mail lasella@arrakis.es There are other top quality courses within half an hours drive including Oliva Nova to the north and two brand new courses at Terra Mitica (Benidorm) to the south. Another fifteen minutes in the car brings the championship courses of El Saler & El Bosque towards Valencia and Alicante & Bonalba near Alicante into play. There are also many nine hole courses nearby well worth a visit. These include Javea Calpe, Ifach and Don Cayo. This really is an excellent area to explore Spanish golf at its best!

Beaches / Coast

There are numerous blue flag rated sandy beaches around Moraira, in fact they spread out for 15 km on either side of the town. Most are sheltered & good for family bathing. One of the better beaches is the Playa El Portet, located just around the bay from Moraira. Also well known for its mild climate & enjoys sunshine all year round.

Benidorm: The three major theme parks 'terramitica, aqualandia and mundomar' are only 30 minutes away from Moraira. This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year to this beautiful and charismatic area. The nearby resort of Javea is well worth a visit, with its characteristic old town, attractive port and marina area, the superb Arenal Beach with its sweeping promenade, lined with cafes, bars and restaurants.

Approximately 100 km south of Valencia & 80 km north of Alicante the town is easily reachable form both Alicante & Valencia international airports. Best reached via the A-7 toll road (exit 63), the journey time in most cases takes around an hour. Like other towns along the coast Moraira has its roots as a fishing village, indeed it is a trade that is still prevalent here. Another ancient trade is that of wine making; a lot of the land around Moraira was dedicated to the growing of Muscatel grapes, & indeed over 1000 hectares of vineyards are still present. Directions to Holiday Villa

There is two way to reach Villa La Salamanquesa: 1. From Avenida del Portet take a left on to Cami de la Viuda and follow the road for 2km. Take the first right on to Alcolecha drive for 2 minutes turn right into Calle Alfafar then immediate right in to Calle Albi - 48. Follow the road all the way and Villa La Salamanquesa is the last but one villa on Calle Albi or 2. Approaching Moraira on the Carretera Teulada Moraira when you reach the first roundabout signal left and turn onto the road to Benitatxell, take the third road on your right, the entrance is covered in colourful flowers and bear left into Verde Pinos. Carry on up the road for 0.5 km then turn left into Calle Alcolecha, drive a little way then turn right into Calle Alfafar then immediate left into Calle Albi . Follow the road almost to the end and there you will see Villa La Salamanquesa - Calle Albi 48
