The balconies have seated areas. It has two bathrooms one upper with full size bath and one on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle. The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room complete with pull out sofa beds, cable TV, dvd/video, Sony PS2 and cd/cassete/radio. The dining room forms part of the living room with pull out table and seating for 8. It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. The property also offers off road parking, has hot & cold air conditioning, fans in all rooms and is alarmed. The property has use of a large gated communal swimming pool with childrens area. Booking Procedure
Bookings require a £100 deposit to secure the holiday more than 8 weeks prior to the start date. 8 weeks before departure the full amount is due and your £100 deposit then becomes your bond (please see the section headed security bond). If the start date is less than 8 weeks prior to departure then the full payment is required plus a £100 security bond.
