Everything is just over a year old and therefore in a nice condition. Bedroom Facilities: The master bedroom has a KINGSIZE bed. Sliding patio doors open onto the larfe private terrace, which overlooks the pool.
Access to the terrace is also via the landing doorway.
Bathroom Facilities: Bathroom 1 has a bath with shower over and glass screen, bidet, toilet and sink with cupboard and drawers under.
Bathroom to has a shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and a drawer unit for sundries.
Reception Rooms: Through lounge/diner with top quality leather suite and solid wood furniture. Flowers and ornaments etc, make this a very pleasant homely feel.
Kitchen: A sandwich toaster and cafetierre is provided. Please note that all utensils etc are only one year old.
Entertainment Facilities: Please note that there's a telephone to receive incoming calls. Outgoing calls within Polaris Resorts are allowed free of charge. Laptops can be used with the phone with an Ethernt cable(not supplied).
Outdoor: A large quality furnished patio with outside lighting overlooks the lawn area with the pool beyond that.
The upstairs terrace is large and private in places. It has a quality table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers, BBQ a container to house the cushions etc and large potted plants. This area is accessable from the master bedroom and the landing and overlooks the pool.

Pool: The house overlooks a superb 33 metre pool. La Torre has many pools available, but I doubt if you will find better!
The house has been rented for 46 weeks between August 2007 to 1st November 2008. All feedback received has been extremely good. This should provide viewers with peace of mind.

The nearest airport is San Javier Murcia (MJV) which is a 15 minute drive to La Torre. Alicante airport and ferry port are less than a one hour drive to La Torre. A route is provided from both places, prior to taking your holiday.

THE MAGNIFICENT UNSPOILT COAST OF THE MAR MENOR IS A SHORT DRIVE OF ABOUT 12-15MINUTES FROM LA TORRE. NO KISS ME QUICK HATS HERE. THANK GOODNESS. About the world famous mud of the Mar Menor
The particular climatic conditions of the Mar Menor, the long hours of sunlight and the high level of salt n the water, have created, in the farth north part of the lake, known as La Puntica, a mud known for its therapeutic value. The last analysis carried out by the University of Murcia in 1995 found that these sediments contain a high percentage of calcium, magnesium, potassium and flouride, as well as chlorine and sulphur. This percentage is far superior to the normal values found in this type of water with such a high level of salinity. The tests also show that there are high levels of fine and very fine sands (slime and clay), the basis of the healing attributes of this mud. The PH varies between 7.12 and 8.45.

La Torre Golf Resort was designed by Nicklaus Design, and offers 18 holes, par 68 with four sets of tees. Provisional distances: (Black) 5,350m; (Blue) 4,934m; (White) 4,422m; (Red) 3,822m. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provided added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.

La Torre Golf Resortís course has 18 holes combining different obstacles that compels you to use all your clubs and put into practice your talent. Around the course you will find all kinds of services to practice golf and improve it: including the club house, a pro-shop, driving range and golf school.Three lakes complete the exuberant landscape of this course. All diving courses at our Murcia base are conducted to PADI standards. PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the world leader in diving education. Around 70% of scuba diving certifications world-wide are issued by PADI. PADI diving qualifications are internationally recognised. The coastal waters of Murcia are ideally suited for teaching diving skills.
We run regular Discover Scuba (Try Dive), Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver courses through the season. We offer PADI's new e-learning on-line Open Water Course - where you can study the theory and take the exams at your own pace and in your own home.
We also conduct referrals - so you can complete the theory and pool dives at a dive centre close to home and then finish your course with us. We guarantee small classes (maximum of 4 students per Open Water course) Our courses include all instructional materials, any equipment required and scuba diving insurance Our staff are native English speakers.
