Accommodation is offered in beautifully appointed Andalucian style three bedroom homes. These self catering properties have three levels with a bathroom on each level, a large sitting room cum dining cum kitchen area with access to beautifully maintained gardens. The properties are either located by the swimming pool or the playground area. The houses enjoys spectacular views to the sea from the upper terraces and are air-conditioned throughout. All houses are newly furnished to a very high standard and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, television and DVD Player. The beach is a two minute walk from the houses and is tucked away into its own cove. Facilities also include kids clubs, paddle ball, a mini market, bicycle hire and Games room. Location: Les Oliveres is located a 30 minute drive from Reus Airport, serviced daily by Ryanair. It is located a short drive away from the fishing village of L'Ampolla. L'Ampolla is a fishing village on the edge of the Ebro Delta. It has been a favourite with mainland Europeans for over four decades, attracted by its quiet charm, sandy beaches, mountain backdrops and of course the delta. Famous among the Catalans for its seafood, it is characterised by the elegant charm of the harbour and a relaxed pace of life. For the adventurous, there is boat hire and fishing, a gym to work out, bicycle hire to cycle into the delta, a municipal swimming pool with the mountains as back-drop, free municipal tennis courts, a summer season nightclub and lots of sandy beaches where beach volley ball and sun tans are the order of the day. Booking Procedure
Arrival time to the houses are on Saturdays after 2pm and departure time is on Saturdays by 10am. Finding your way from Reus airport to L'Ampolla village is quite simple. As you leave the airport you will come to a t-junction. At the t-junction turn right, you will come to a roundabout, take the exit to Tarragona and immediately start following the BLUE-signs for the motorway. Once in the motorway head towards Valencia you will come to L'Ampolla's exit around 30 minutes later. On arrival in L'Ampolla you will be met by our representative who will take you to the property and who will be available during your stay to assist you. 50% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance 4 weeks before departure.

| Beaches |
Within a short stroll from Les Oliveres by the cliff top pathway (the GR 7) is the 'old world' resort of Cap Roig. Before you reach the famous Cap Roig beach, you will walk past or perhaps stop off for lunch at restaurant Peralles. Shaded by the pine trees and with views off the Mediterranean and the delta, "Peralles" offers really traditional Catalan food. If you are not quite hungry, then continue down to the beach and have a dip and afterwards you may find snuggled into the cliff at the far end of the beach Pepe's Chiringuito. This restaurant overlooks the beach and has stunning and sweeping vistas of the coastline. "El Chiringuito" specializes in seafood and the mussels and cockles in 'salsa Marinera' are particularly recommended. You can sit under the 'Moreras' ( a tree specially grown and pruned to provide shade) and dine or perhaps just sip a cool glass of wine or cold beer and at the same time watch the kids play on the beach or swim in the sea. |
