This newly built 3 Bedroom villa is ideal for couples or families, is only 10 minutes away from the Spanish/Portuguese border and 20 minutes drive from some of the most outstounding golden sandy beaches in Spain ... Full Property Description

El Molino is a new but small development of detached houses, situated in traditional Spanish village called Villablanca which is close to Ayamonte. There many local amenities provided, including bars, restaurants, shops and children’s play areas that are within easy walking distance of Villa No 2. The house and garden are fully enclosed and gated and this is ideal for private sunbathing and ‘al-fresco’ dining. We have an first floor balcony/roof terrace that offers great views across open countryside. Our Villa has a real luxury fitted kitchen included, with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a table & chairs. The well furnished lounge/dining area has TV, CD and DVD player so we recommend you bring your choice of music and films. Accommodating a maximum of 6 in the Villa, we have 3 bedrooms,1 with a Double Bed and 2 Twin rooms with 2 Beds in each, 1 Main Bathroom and 1 Shower Room/WC. The Villa has a beautiful Lounge with plenty of comfortable furniture and adequate seating for 6. There is a separate Dining Room also with seating for 6 people and the Kitchen provides further seating for 4 people. Outside the Villa there is a large patio and sunbathing area with outdoor furniture and sun-loungers. At present there is a 5metre Portable pool and a barbeque to use. A Communal pool is just 5 mins away.. There is a private balcony/roof terrace for sunbathing or enjoying the distant views. Booking deposit - A £100 deposit per weeks stay is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking. Security deposit - A £100 damage/lost keys deposit is also required payable at time of booking and refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property. Cleaning – A cleaning and linen service is carried out and an optional welcome pack could be provided if required...comprising tea, milk, bread, butter, water etc. A no option €50 charge per weeks stay is payable locally on arrival for the clean/linen service. Welcome packs are €20. The property will be ready from 2pm on arrival days and checkout is 10am on day of departure. Flight times should be arranged as near to these times, although some flexibility may be possible depending on the next guest’s arrival time. Please request this information at the time of booking.

With in a 15 minute drive, there are 3 good quality 18-hole golf courses: Isla Canele, Islantilla and Castro Marim in nearby Portugal.
