Fabulous 2 bed, 2 bath garden apartment overlooking the magnificent pool area in the resort of Mosa Trajectum near the historic city of Murcia. A great location for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the sun. ... Full Property Description
The apartment is beautifully furnished to the highest standards with white leather sofas, dining table seating four, large screen tv and DVD player, open plan kitchen, two large patio doors leading onto the patio and the landscaped gardens. The two bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom features a large en-suite with jacuzzi bath with overhead shower. There is also a separate wet room with bidet and shower adjacent to the second bedroom. The property is set in beautiful grounds surrounded by cacti, bougainvillea and fruit trees and there are two spectacular swimming pools in which to enjoy a refreshing swim. The resort is based around a 27 hole golf course making it a green and picturesque setting. In the old square you will find some of the original old village features such as the Parador Hotel and the church. The square now houses the golf club, bar, restaurant and play area. A new shopping area is now under way with a couple of cafes opening up providing theme nights. [Hide Description]

A £100 deposit is required to reserve your dates and the full balance is payable 6 weeks in advance. A discount of 15% is given for bookings of 4 weeks and over. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required in advance against any damages to the property.

Mosa Trajectum is a Dutch development set in a rural area surrounded by mountains yet only a 15 drive from the centre of the historic city of Murcia with its great shopping , fines restaurants and cathedral square. The lovely beaches of the Mar Menor are a 20 minute drive from the resort making it an ideal location for both city and sea. |

The nearest airport is San Javier which is only 20 minutes away or Alicante airport which is a 40 minute drive. |
| Beaches |
The Mar Menor is renowned for its lovely beaches and calm inland sea and the resort of Santiago de la Ribera is famous for its therapeutic mud baths. A half hour drive will bring you to the La Manga strip with its high rise hotels and lively clubs. |
| Golf |
Situated in a golf resort guests can benefit from reduced green fees. There are many other courses in the area to choose from so anyone looking for a great golfing holiday will not be disappointed. |
