This includes a flat screen television, bose wave music system, dishwasher,microwave, washer and dryer etc etc. Built new for the 2008 season with a high standard of finish, with modern wet room showers, new beds, furniture and electrical goods. Grimentz is a living village but looks like a film set, famous for its Heren Cows (unique to the valais) and flowers. As a living village it boasts 2 good supermarkets, butcher/piosonierre, 2 boulangeries, sports shops for bike rental etc which are all in place to serve all your requirements. LOCATION OF YOUR APARTMENT: At almost 1600mtrs Grimentz commands a panoramic position overlooking the village and surrounding mountains. For convenience - 100 mtrs from the gondola station, the best après ski on the slope, home piste village etc.
The lift station is well suited for adaptive skiers, with a separate access for this purpose. The old village is a car free zone with its narrow winding lanes not so steep as to exclude wheelchair use (with a little help from a friend here and there).
