Palmhaven is a spacious villa , located in a quite residential area with a mixture of villas and local family houses surrounded by leafy vegetation. The villa is centrally located , and is within short , easy driving distance of the airport, beautiful beaches, and the main highway to routes all over the island. From the large veranda there are views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean coastlines. The villa is on a hillside to catch the breezes and to give spectacular views. Palmhaven sleeps six in comfort and luxury. There are 3 bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. All rooms have ceiling and floor fans and mosquito nets. There is a large living and dining area leading out through louvered doors onto a wrap- around veranda, with comfortable seating and facilities for alfresco dining. The villa is tastefully furnished, and has a quality hi-fi system system and cable TV. There is a BQ area close by to the wooden decking leading to the pool. The infinity pool has views across a lush valley. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with many fruit trees and there is a kitchen herb garden. The property is private and is fully fenced and gated. [Hide Description]

Services include - free airport pick up ( via a supermarket if this is useful), complementary meal on day of arrival, housekeeper 6 days per week.

Surrounded on three side by wooden decking. Afternoon shade in some areas. There are steps into the pool, 3ft 6in deep slowly leading to a 6ft deep area. There is a seat in the water along one edge. A car is essential, and all activities and amienities are within a short drive. The bus service is poor but there are taxis available and contact numbers are at the villa , these include medical services if needed. |

Scarborough the main town is within a 10-15 minute drive and has a local market. Restaurants , bars, and night clubs are within a 15 minute drive. There are facilities on the island for fishing, water sports, hiking, horse riding, nature tours, and yoga. |
| Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen |
There is a housekeeper at the villa for 6 days per week for a short time each day arranged with guest's. . She will clean, and change linens and towels as needed.. All towels are provided for the bathrooms, pool and beach. |

The villa is in the south of the island, .and the nearest village is Carnbee. It is located in a quite residential area. |
| How to get there |
Airport is Crown Point which is approx. 15 minutes drive from the villa.The ferry terminal is in Scarborough which is approx. 10-15 minutes from the villa. |
| Beaches |
There are many beautiful beaches within a short 10 minute drive from the villa. The Caribbean side of the island is calmer, with opportunities to snorkel off shore . Most beaches have shade , some with facilities and others are more remote with spectacular views |
| Golf |
There are two world class courses within a short ten minute drive from the villa . One is at Mt. Irvine , and the other at Tobago Plantations, where there is an 18 hole champion course. |
| Scuba Diving |
Tobago provides world class diving with a range of underwater opportunities from diving in sheltered shallow reefs to spectacular drift dives.
