We provide everything to ensure that you are provided with a 'home from home' during your stay, and try to cater for your every need. From providing a complimentary PC & broadband, free telephone calls, and a fully equipped games room, we go the extra mile to ensure that our guests are happy.
Bedroom Facilities: The villa has 2 large master bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. There are a furether 2 twin bedded rooms, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the second family room. Each bedroom has cable TV, and either a stereo system or DVD player. All bed linens are a minimum of 3-400 thread count cotton.
Bathroom Facilities: The villa has 3 full bathrooms with both full sized baths and showers. The first en-suite boasts a large jacuzzi, and oversized shower with seating area, in addition to twin marble vanity basins. A quality hairdryer is located in each bathroom for our guests convenience.
Reception Rooms: There are two large lounge areas/family rooms, providing ample seating and relaxation space. There are a number of dining areas within the villa : a formal dining room with seating for 6, an informal kitchen/diner with seating for 4, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, and pool-side dining for 6.
Kitchen: We provide all guests with everything to ensure that they are fully equipped to have the holiday of a lifetime. We provide everything from quality cutlery and crockery through to a food processor and coffee maker.
Entertainment Facilities: The main family room benefits from a large screen television with quality surround sound. All bedrooms have cable TV and either a stereo or a DVD player. A selection of CD's, DVD's and Videos are provided for your entertainment.
Outdoor: The villa has a large, south-facing pool (which can be heated if required) with a Florida Falls water feature, and an extended deck area, and both benefit from day long sunshine. There is a BBQ that is provided with our compliments, however, a gas BBQ is available for a small fee.

Pool: The private pool is large, has a striking Florida Falls water feature, and can be heated if required. In addition to the private pool, guests may also use the olympic sized communal pool and tennis courts within Highlands Reserve.
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated, and has additional ceiling fans for your comfort. The private pool area is screened, and has a ceiling fan for your comfort whilst outside. The pool area provides ample seating and sun loungers for all guests. We are able to cater for most of our less able bodied visitors, but please check with us to ensure that we are able to accomodate your needs perfectly. All details of local amenities such as restaurants, taxi firms etc are provided at the villa.

The villa is single story, and the open plan layout provides easy access to all areas for less able bodied guests. The en-suite bathroom of the master suite has a large, oversized shower cubicle which incorporates a seating area, which is suitable for guests with affected mobility. We are happy to discuss individual requirements, and are delighted to accomodate any reasonable requests to make improvements which will make our villa more accessible to our less able-bodied guests.

Highlands Reserve is ideally situated to benefit from a number of local activities - from calming lake fishing through to exhillarating ballooning. There are a number of on site sporting activities for guests ranging from walking trails, cycle paths, and on site tennis courts and a championship golf course. We have contact numbers and leaflets for all types of activities in the welcome pack kept at the villa, but we're happy to provide guests with details prior to their arrival to help plan their stay.

All towels and linens are provided for use within the villa, however, guests should bring their own beach towels to take to water parks or the beach. A change of linens is provided for all guests. The villa is thouroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and again after departure, however, daily or weekly maid service can be arranged as a chargeable option.

The villa is perfectly situated, close to Disney and all attractions, and only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The villa is close to I 27, and near to the I 4, which provides easy access to all roads and highways - without the usual congestion associated with hotels in central Orlando. The villa provides the perfect base to explore Florida and the surrounding areas.

Orlando International airport is less than 30 minutes from the villa.
Sanford International airport is less than 55 minutes away.

The vila is located just 50 minutes away from beaches on either coast, and is only 55 minutes to Fort de Soto, which has been voted as Americas #1 beach (including Hawaii), for 3 years running. Fort de Soto provides miles of exquisite, powdery white sandy beaches, and activities which will appeal to guests of all ages. There are facilities for fishing, power sports, and kayaking nature trails - which allow you to get close to dolphins, manatees, and turtles.

We are extremely lucky to have an on-site 18 hole Championship Golf Course, which provides challenging play with its dramatic elevation changes and use of natural terrain. The course was designed by Mike Dasher to provide a challenging round of golf, and is highly regarded amongst golfers.

Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club has a fully equipped Club House, with an in-house golf professional.

In addition to our on-site course, the villa is ideally situated for easy access to a number of other prestigious courses, and details of all surrounding golf facilities are provided in the welcome pack that we send to all our guests.
