All baby equipment is free of charge and includes quality: Cot, mobile & bedding, reclining high chair, baby listener, stair gate, bedside rail, boosters and playpen for beside the pool. We also have 1 x buggy and two car seats, (Ages 2 – 5) available for your use free of charge saving you ₤8.00 per day rental. Children in cots do not count as occupancy.

There is a large selection of children’s toys; board games and books available for you use during your stay. Playstation 2. Games maybe rented locally at the video store.

Location of Holiday Villa

This is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with its own private screened pool & Jacuzzi. It is located in Sunset Lakes, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for other attractions. Sunset Lakes has its own community swimming pool and children’s playground. This property has a maximum sleeping capacity of 14. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed, the 4th & 5th bedrooms have 2 twin-size beds in each and the 6th bedroom has bunk beds and sleeper sofa. Beautifully furnished with ample kitchen equipment, cooker, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, towels, linens etc. There is cable TV. The two-car garage also houses a washer and drier. This is a non-smoking and pet-free villa.
