Reception Rooms: Large family room with TV and views over the pool. Small lounge with TV and views over the pool. Small dining area with table arge enough for 6 people, extra seating is in the kitchen nook where 6 further people can sit.

Kitchen: An fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware for all the family.
The fridge/freezer also has a water cooler.

Entertainment Facilities: We also have a PS2 machine, fax machine and printer. The computer also allows free computer-computer calls via the Skype system.

Outdoor: The table tennis table is in the garage along with numerous yard games.

Pool: Heating for the spa is complimentary, pool heating is charged extra, currently £75 per week.
The pool area is not overlooked at all from the neighbours on either side and backs onto pastureland.

As our home is single storey it is ideal for families with young children and the elderly alike. It is fully air-conditioned with plenty of outdoor furniture for all guests to sunbathe.

Numerous restaurants and shops are just 10 minutes away although the local supermarket is just 5 minutes away at Champions Gate. Walt Disney World and all it's theme parks are just 15 minutes away with the Universal Parks 15 minutes further away.

Towels are provided for both indoor and pool use. There is plenty of linen should you wish to change the bed linen during your stay.
The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again when you depart.

Oak Point is a prestigious and quiet private residential community accessed from Highway CR54. The villa is located at the most southerly part of the estate.
Access to the CR54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) is best achieved by taking exit 58 from Interstate 4, which the first exit after the Mickey Mouse pylon (you cannot miss it), turning left at end of off ramp onto Highway 543 (Osceola Polk Line Rd). At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Highway 545 (Lake Wilson Road). After about a mile you will come to a T junction where you turn left on CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway). In less than half a mile you will come to the entrance to Oakpoint which is situated on the right hand side. The entrance to the estate is marked by a walled entrance feature. (shown below).
