The exclusive development of Sunset lakes is only five minutes from the Disney theme parks and a couple of minutes from the US 192. This is where all the shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc can be found. Sunset lakes is a private gated community with two lakes and a large communal pool and a childrens play area for the guests to enjoy. This premier location allows visitors to take a well earned break from the theme parks and then return in the evening to see the displays being only five minutes away. This five star villa enjoys the premier postion of being on one of the lakes at sunset lakes overlooking conservation area. This tranquil view can be enjoyed throughout the villa from the master bedroom, lounge and the dining area through the patio doors. All these lead to the private pool at the back of the villa with benefits from a patio area and alsp a covered patio area. The large open plan design of the kitchen with all the modern cons being fitted for your use. There is also a separate utility room with a washer and a separate dryer. The master bedroom benefits from a large king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, two vanity units, wc, a large shower cubicle and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double room and the remainder rooms are twin bedrooms with one of these decorated as a childrens room. All the rooms have t.vs and cable tv.
