Villa Rum Cay enjoys a quiet cul-de-sac location on Punta Gorda Isles; an exclusive boating community on Port Charlotte Harbour; 120 square miles of sparkling water that lead directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The location makes it an ideal location to explore the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Boca Grande. From your private dock you can fish, hire a boat or just watch the fantastic sunsets. A few minutes walk away is Fisherman's Village; a complex of seven restaurants and numerous shops all built on the water on Charlotte harbour. There is a large heated pool (heating optional) a gas BBQ and plenty of patio furniture. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of six people (an additional child can be accomodated on a sofa bed at a extra chrage). [Hide Description]
