Pool: Dubai can get very hot and outdoor pools are often 'chilled' to make bathing comfortable.There is a separate childrens area with shade over the pool giving sun-protection for children and babies. Seating, loungers & shades are provided for residents and guests. A small shop is open for drinks etc.
This is an all round quality villa property with elegant finishings, wider doors and open spaces, it is NOT ideal for a totally dependant wheelchair user - but it has well adapted features and wide doors etc making it Wheelchair Friendly only. Further details on request.

The shoeline beach clubs on this exclusive man-made island are fully open. They offer a magnificent selection of exclusive shops, licensed restaurants with Live TV's and several cafes serving snacks, meals and drinks until late.
All around the Malls and residential areas of Dubai, you'll find a good selection of Spinneys or Mercato Supermarkets, Kodak style photo-print shops, fast-food outlets, burger chains, and numerous Costa Coffee and Starbucks coffee outlets.

Beach towels are provided, and one-weekly stay housekeeping service for a minimum stay of 7 nights is included. Additional Maid service is available on request.

The shoreline apartments are located on the trunk road, Palm Jumeirah. Dubai Marina, Knowledge City and Media City are all within easy reach and just a few minutes drive. The Mall of the Emirates is approx 10 mins drive or Taxi and there are several entrances and exits. You'll find stores like Carrefour, Debenhams, Harvey Nicholls and other well known named shops and boutiques. The famous Ski-Dubai and a numerous food and retail outlets compliment an array of coffee shops and cafes.

Dubai Airport is approx 30-40 minute drive by car or Taxi. Flights to Dubai seem to arrive from every corner of the world. BA, Virgin and Emirates are just a few that depart from UK airports. Abu Dhabi airport is approx 1.5 hours away but flights can be a lot cheaper with alternative airlines. There are no trains in Dubai or Abu Dhabi but a new Dubai Metro system is currently under construction and expected to open during 2009. Dubai Taxis numer 3200 and are reasonably priced. Helicopter transfers are available by prior arrangement.

The shoreline apartments, set at the heart of the Jumeirah Palm trunk road, offers a magnificent and exclusive stretch of beach, stunning swimming pools areas and gymnasiums, shops, and coffee restuarants. The beach is adequately served with loungers and sun-shades, a great place to relax and watch the water traffic on the Arabian Gulf. A safe area for sea-swimming is also provided, with a life-guard in attendance.

A number of Golf courses are available to play, local rules and times apply. Emirates, Montgomery and the Ranches are recommended for your first golf venture in Dubai.

Fabulous indoor skiing is available at Ski-Dubai, in the Mall of the Emirates, which is an approx 10 minute taxi ride.

From Dubai on the west coast to Fujairah on the east coast, scuba divers and snorkellers are always welcome and numerous trips can be arranged.In Al Aqah beach resort there is a brand new, purpose built Dive Center which soon acquired recognition as the leading and foremost centre for diving operations in the UAE region. Horseriding is very popular in the UAE and is very traditional in Dubai. You will find several riding centres like the 'Dubai Equestrian Centre' and the 'Jebel Ali Hotel' Riding Stables.
