A number of golf clubs are in Dubai. One at Nadel Sheeba and the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club has beautiful views over the Creek and some of the spectacular hotels and business buildings that Dubai is famous for. Take a trip on a Dhow to discover how trading has developed in the region, and where you can experience the 'water-transport' system that has been in place for so long.

Dubai has many mosques which are interesting for visitors. In particular, the large Jumeirah Mosque is open at certain times for visitors, and with a guide to the various parts of the mosque plus detailed explanations about the Mosque's part in the Muslim religion. You will be given plenty of information and you may be encouraged to ask questions or participate in discussions to further your knowledge. Photos are usually permitted so do take the camera and you will be given a signal when you can take photos inside the Mosque.

It's just 10 minutes drive from the most interesting Mall in the UAE, Emirates Mall where you can either select your restaurant in the food court, go to Cinema or shop till you drop...Alternatively, IBN Batuta shpping Mall is just a short ride from the apartment also with a Multi- Screen Cinema, food court and lots of interesting shops and other retail outlets.

JUMEIRAH BEACH RESIDENCE is located in the most elegant district of Dubai and is the only resort in front of the sea and easy to access by road or by the new Dubai metro.

International Airport of Dubai available in 20-40 minutes and Airport of Abu Dhabi in 30-40 minutes.

There is a public beach located in front of the apartment in 5 minutes walking -also a selection of private hotel beaches like the Sheraton (which is the nearest) and others like the Hilton, and the
Ritz Carlon which are just few hundred metres fro m the apartment.except Sheraton downstairs)

Emirates & Montgomerie Golf Courses are nearby

Fantastic Indoor skiing at the Mall of the Emirates - just a 10 minute taxi ride. All equipment for use and great facilities plus the worlds first indoor 'Balck Run'.

Scuba diving is very popular in the UAE and there are great opprotunities to participate either in Dubai or at the famous Dibba Rock in neighbouring Fujairah, and also Abu Dhabi.
