A large 1 bedroom apartment facing the turquoise Arabian Sea and Palm Island. The main bedroom has a 4-Poster bed, a TV and also plenty of cupboards. There is a convertible couch which converts into another single bed, and a Sitting room with a double convertible couch for 2 people. Shower room with jets and radio and WC. Fully equipped kitchen with high standard appliances : microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Dyson....cooker..Dining table for 5 people One full cleaning at the start and finish of the letting. Possibility to have extra cleaning and ironing on addition Located at the extremity of 'The WALK' which is a promenade of few kilometres of various shops and restaurants. Most of them you can order by phone to get free delivery home. Parking space available on addition Taxi's are very easy to access downstairs as it's right in front of the Sheraton Hotel Easy access to public beach in front and private beach of the Sheraton Hotel (with entrance fee per day). The Dubai Metro is now open and visiors wishing to explore further into or away from the Mall of the Emirates can do so. Open top bus rides from the Big Bus Company will alow ou to see much of Dubai if it's your first visit. Take the bus route to the Dubai Museum for a fascinating insight into the history of Dubai, its past trading culture and the recent oil wealth that has led to the vast ceation of the New Dubai of today. Let Types: Short-term
A minimum of 3 nights can be reserved at 150 GBP per night for a maximum of 5 people. At reservation 100% must be paid. A deposit of 300 GBP is requested and sent back after departure if no damage. A Refundable Security deposit of 600 GBP is requested for any week reserved, which will be returned after departure if no damage is caused.

One at Nadel Sheeba and the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club has beautiful views over the Creek and some of the spectacular hotels and business buildings that Dubai is famous for. Take a trip on a Dhow to discover how trading has developed in the region, and where you can experience the 'water-transport' system that has been in place for so long. Dubai has many mosques which are interesting for visitors. In particular, the large Jumeirah Mosque is open at certain times for visitors, and with a guide to the various parts of the mosque plus detailed explanations about the Mosque's part in the Muslim religion. You will be given plenty of information and you may be encouraged to ask questions or participate in discussions to further your knowledge. Photos are usually permitted so do take the camera and you will be given a signal when you can take photos inside the Mosque. It's just 10 minutes drive from the most interesting Mall in the UAE, Emirates Mall where you can either select your restaurant in the food court, go to Cinema or shop till you drop...Alternatively, IBN Batuta shpping Mall is just a short ride from the apartment also with a Multi- Screen Cinema, food court and lots of interesting shops and other retail outlets. |
