Full and final payment will be made no later than 56 days prior to arrival. You will be advised of the cancellation policy and terms and conditions upon booking. Check in time is 1500 hrs and check out is 1000 hrs and any arrival prior to this will be taken as a reservation from the previous day. Any late checkout will be based on availability. You will be personally greeted and checked into the apartment.

Taxis from the airport are frequent, safe and inexpensive. A metro now takes you from the airport to the nearest station, Marina, and short taxi ride to the apartment. Our we can arrange a private airport transfer.

Large communal pool on the ground floor of the building. The ocean is 200 metres from your door. you can use the nearby resort hotel beaches, pools and facilities for a charge, depending on season

Golf at The Mongomerie and Emirates courses 15 minutes drive.

Skiing

Mall of the Emirates including ski Dubai is 15 minute drive.
